Digital Products (PDF Downloads, Digital Scores, Audio Files)

All digital sales are final.

Due to the instant and irrevocable access to downloadable files, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products once the purchase has been completed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Print Products (Physical Sheet Music)

All sales of printed music are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on physical products once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
